Peterborough Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to join a highly successful and growing organisation based in Peterborough.

Operating within a fast-paced environment, this role will place you at the centre of key business decisions, providing financial insight, challenge and support to senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

This is a broad and commercially focused position which combines financial planning, forecasting, business partnering and performance analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the business achieve its growth objectives by turning financial information into meaningful commercial insight.

The role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and would suit an individual looking to further develop their commercial finance career within a business that actively invests in both people and progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across a range of business functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Deliver meaningful commercial analysis and performance insight
• Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling and business cases
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Provide challenge and support around investment decisions and growth initiatives
• Develop reporting and forecasting processes to improve decision-making
• Coach and support junior members of the finance team

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Previous experience within Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or FP&A
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence decision-making
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail or similar sectors would be advantageous

• £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
