Recruit UK is partnering with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Blackpool to recruit a Reconciliation Officer to join their expanding team.

As a Reconciliation Officer, you will provide administrative support and assist with reconciliation of transactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of UK and international cash, stock, safe custody, stamp duty, and external bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Investigate, resolve, and report reconciliation discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to minimise and clear outstanding items
• Maintain robust reconciliation controls, procedures, and reporting standards, while supporting process improvements and change initiatives

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in wealth management
• Good understanding of banking and wealth management regulations across the UK
