Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead and manage a portfolio of audits across multiple business units, ensuring robust risk management and compliance frameworks are in place.Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end internal audit assignments, from planning through to reporting and follow-up
• Identifying and assessing key business risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
• Delivering insightful, value-adding recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Supporting the development and execution of the group-wide audit plan
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and senior management
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and processes

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will:

• Be ACA / ACCA / CIA qualified (or equivalent)
• Have significant experience within internal audit, either in practice or industry
• Possess strong knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
