Mortgage Advisor National Estate Agency £50,000-£70,000 OTE + Car Allowance + Guarantee Cannock

We're recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join a nationally recognised estate agency in Cannock. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Trainee Advisor or an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a high-performing team with strong lead flow and excellent earning potential.

This role would suit a motivated, client-focused individual who is confident providing face-to-face mortgage advice and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Liaise closely with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities
• Provide face-to-face mortgage advice to potential buyers in branch
• Manage and convert leads provided by the estate agency team
• Generate new business through proactive follow-up of enquiries
• Deliver a high standard of service in line with regulatory compliance
• Support clients through the full mortgage application process

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification (or above)
• Strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to manage appointments and convert leads into business
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, driven, and commercially aware approach
