They are looking for someone who will communicate well, build relationships properly and become a valued part of the finance team.This is a part-time temporary role with the intention of becoming permanent for the right person.How you'll spend your time:
  • Chasing overdue payments by phone and email
  • Building positive relationships with customers to support timely payment
  • Managing your own ledger and keeping clear, accurate notes
  • Sending statements, copy documents and payment reminders
  • Resolving payment queries by liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Agreeing payment timescales and following up professionally
  • Escalating problem accounts when needed
  • Supporting the wider finance team with credit control and accounts administration
This opportunity will be great for you if You have previous credit control experience, you enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive finance team and are confident speaking to customers and building relationships. This role requires someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable managing their own workload, you would also need to be available to start on Monday 8th June.What's in it for you?
