Finance Business Partner - ArtsLocation: Central London (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time An established, nationally recognised cultural organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a broad portfolio including audience engagement, marketing, visitor experience, learning, partnerships and research functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in financial planning, reporting and decision-making across a diverse and high-profile organisation. Working within the finance team and partnering closely with operational leaders, you will provide insightful financial support to budget holders and senior stakeholders, helping drive effective planning and decision-making.Key responsibilities include:
Producing and analysing monthly management reports
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Delivering variance analysis and meaningful financial commentary
Processing accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments
Building strong relationships with budget holders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
Supporting business cases, option appraisals and ad hoc financial analysis
Providing financial insight to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Monitoring performance indicators and benchmarking information
About You You will be a qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience and a track record of supporting budgets in a complex environment. You will also bring:
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
The ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence influencing and challenging constructively
