You will:
Develop and refine performance reporting, ensuring key operational and financial metrics are clearly defined, meaningful, and drive action
Partner on transformation and improvement initiatives, evaluating financial impact and helping prioritise projects that deliver the greatest commercial benefit
Support planning processes, contributing to budgeting and forecasting with a strong understanding of operational drivers
Deliver clear, insight-led analysis to support decision-making across areas such as pricing, cost efficiency, and operational improvements
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, providing both support and constructive challenge
Champion robust financial governance and ensure initiatives are delivered within an appropriate control framework
About You We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can operate effectively in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment. You will likely have:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, change-oriented business (retail, FMCG, logistics, or similar)
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience supporting transformation, performance improvement, or operational finance
A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
