North Yorkshire Hybrid Working£65,000 - £75,000 Basic + Bonus

An established wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join following a recent acquisition in North Yorkshire.

This opportunity is offering a strong basic salary, clear bonus structure and long-term salary progression, alongside access to High Net Worth clients and supported new business generation.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Advising HNW individuals with investable assets of £300k+
• Developing new client relationships with support from an internal lead-generation team
• Managing and developing an inherited client portfolio
• Providing holistic financial advice across investments, retirement and estate planning
• Working closely with a dedicated paraplanning and admin support team

Package & Benefits

• Basic salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (higher available for exceptional candidates)
• Bonus: 30% of initial fees on new business
• Salary progression:
  • Annual review after year one
  • Base salary re-assessed and increased based on new business generated

About You

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered or working towards desirable)
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser
• Proven experience advising High Net Worth clients
• Strong relationship-building and new business skills
• Professional, client-centric and compliance-focused approach
