Management Accountant

Finance Warwick (Hybrid) Up to £50,000

• Be part of a fast-paced, growing division with real change and opportunity
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders, influencing key decisions
• Move beyond reporting into insight, strategy, and business partnering
• Help shape processes, systems, and automation as the business evolves
• Enjoy hybrid working with a Warwick base

• Own the production of monthly management accounts, delivering timely, accurate and insightful reporting
• Provide analysis of margins, KPIs and trends, helping stakeholders understand performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting, bringing challenge and commercial thinking
• Partner with teams to analyse profitability, performance and working capital
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial planning
• Maintain strong balance sheet control and integrity
• Support year-end and half-year audit processes
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities
• Drive system and process enhancements, supporting business growth and automation
• Act as a key finance contact for system changes and improvements
• Provide financial insight to support commercial decisions and regulatory requirements

You're driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. You'll bring:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a management accounting role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• The ability to communicate clearly, challenge constructively, and influence stakeholders
• A passion for delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines

• Salary up to £50,000
