• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Prepare and input financial data into the accounting system with precision.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting tasks as required by the department.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
