Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to cover either the East London/Essex region or West London through to Reading.

Working from home and operating within your regional territory, you'll manage a portfolio of Commercial Property claims from first notification through to final settlement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating commercial property losses at source
• Assessing policy liability and indemnity
• Managing claims from cradle to grave
• Negotiating settlements with policyholders, brokers and insurers
• Producing detailed reports and recommendations
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims journey
• Building and developing relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Supporting the growth of your own client accounts and portfolio over time

Typical claims values will be up to £100,000, although candidates with exposure to larger or more complex losses will be highly regarded.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster handling Commercial Property claims
• Strong technical understanding of property insurance and claims handling
• CILA qualification or be actively working towards achieving it
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A customer-focused and professional approach
• The ability to work independently while managing your own diary and caseload
• A full UK driving licence

• £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
• Industry-leading bonus scheme
