The Role You'll join a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients on complex debt recovery and commercial litigation matters. You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process, including:
Complex pre-action disputes
Mediations and settlement negotiations
Drafting court applications
Managing defended claims
Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
Instructing Counsel
Trial preparation

Are due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified
