We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance group that is looking to add a Commercial New Business Executive to their highly successful Winchester office.

Based in stunning modern offices and working alongside a friendly and experienced team of insurance professionals, you'll be joining a business that genuinely values its people and invests heavily in their development and long-term success.

As a Commercial New Business Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the business by identifying, developing and converting new commercial insurance opportunities.

Working within a close-knit team of 14, you'll be responsible for building relationships with a wide range of commercial clients, understanding their insurance requirements and delivering tailored solutions that provide real value.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines new business generation, client relationship management, business development and collaboration with colleagues to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys speaking with clients, thrives on achieving targets, and takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage of the journey.

• A minimum of 3 years' commercial insurance experience
• Proven experience handling and converting new business opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• An excellent telephone manner
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Self-motivated, driven and ambitious with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work collaboratively whilst also managing your own workload effectively

• £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary depending on experience
