Would you like to join an established, growing business in a newly created position? NXTGEN is supporting a successful and well-established organisation in West Norfolk with the recruitment of an Assistant Management Accountant. This is a newly created role within the head office finance team, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Business Partner and play an important part in the day-to-day running of the finance function. The role would suit an experienced finance professional who has a strong grounding in transactional accounting but is keen to develop further exposure to management accounts, reporting and wider financial processes. Key responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be AAT qualified and have previous experience working within a busy finance function. You will be confident managing transactional processes, completing reconciliations and working accurately to deadlines. Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
