Paraplanner

Our client, an award winning firm of financial planners based in Leeds, is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant financial planning support and helping to provide tailored solutions to clients.

The Role

• Prepare and tailor high-quality suitability reports based on adviser recommendations
• Conduct in-depth research across a range of financial products to support appropriate client outcomes
• Produce compliant, well-structured suitability letters
• Support advisers in delivering bespoke financial planning strategies

The Candidate

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or nearing completion) - essential
• Experience working with High Net Worth clients - desirable
• Strong technical knowledge across core areas of financial planning
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and highly organised with strong interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£55,000, alongside flexible home working, full study support, a bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
