If you're a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential while benefiting from warm leads, full administrative support, and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity.The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
Proactively generating new business opportunities
Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
About You
CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Highly motivated and target driven
Professional, well presented and commercially aware
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
