Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking to join an established and successful brokerage working alongside an accomplished estate agent in South Birmingham. We are seeking a driven and qualified Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will benefit from a consistent stream of high-quality, warm leads and quality pre booked appointments through a network of estate agency partners. The role is ideal for someone who is looking to maximise their earning potential and provide top tier customer service. The role is hybrid based with a mixture of in branch face to face appointments combined with remote working and working with clients on a remote basis The Package Competitive basic Uncapped commission OTE £70,000+ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage appointments providing advice to customers and supporting them through the process from start to finish
• Conduct comprehensive protection reviews with clients face to face or via phone or video consultation.
• Advise on a bespoke range of products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, and Family Income Benefit.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and receive excellent service.
• Manage your own diary efficiently to accommodate pre-booked appointments.
• Maintain compliance standards in line with industry regulations.

• Qualifications: You must hold a relevant industry qualification-CeMAP qualified and hold a current CAS for mortgage and protection advice
• Experience: Proven track record as a successful Protection Adviser or Financial Adviser with strong closing skills.
• Location & Travel: Working within the South Birmingham area covering a number of offices so must have own car and be prepared to drive to offices to cover appointments
