This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Finance Analyst looking to partner with operational teams, deliver commercial insight and influence business performance within a fast-paced retail environment. The Role Own month-end reporting, forecasting and financial analysis Deliver commercial insight to support business decisions Analyse trends, costs and performance across the retail operation Business partner with finance and operational stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives About You Previous Finance Analyst experience within Retail or FMCG ACCA/ACA/CIMA part-qualified (or studying) Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing large data sets Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills Experience with Power BI, Oracle or SAP Business Objects is advantageous.
