Management Accountant

Your new companyA newly created role, my client is a forward-thinking SME looking to recruit a hands-on, commercially astute Accountant to play an active role in the core financial processes whilst providing insightful financials to the business.

Your new roleReporting to the Finance Director, core duties will include:

• Month-end close processes and reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Financial and variance analysis
• Profit/loss review and providing financial insights to Senior Management
• Finance business partnering with key stakeholders across the business
• Supporting with year-end processes

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have broad experience encompassing month-end reporting, preparing budgets, financial analysis, alongside a successful track record in building strong working relationships with colleagues, including senior non-finance stakeholders.

What you'll get in returnStarting salary dependent on experience and qualification - £38000 - £45000 Hybrid working - circa 40% office / 60% home-workingExcellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and bonus
