Management Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the organisation's financial records, supporting management reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a finance, accounting, or management accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA (part or fully qualified) or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
