Connells Group is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team ourManners & Harrison Middlesbrough's branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified individual looking to start or develop their career in mortgage and protection advice. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
• Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.

Skills & Experience

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
