Location: Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire

Salary: £42,500 + £2,500 Bonus + £4,000 Car Allowance

OTE: £49,000+

This newly created role offers the opportunity to develop Mortgage Advisors across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire through structured coaching, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.

• Deliver structured induction programmes.
• Coach newly recruited Mortgage Advisors.
• Improve advisor productivity and protection performance.
• Conduct regular coaching and development reviews.
• Support advisors within FCA Training & Competency standards.
• Produce performance reports and recommendations.
• Work alongside Area Mortgage Managers and senior leadership teams.

Applicants will ideally have experience as:

• Mortgage Trainer
• Mortgage Performance & Development Manager
• Mortgage Adviser
• Mortgage Broker
• Mortgage Coach
• Area Mortgage Manager
• Financial Services Trainer

You will also possess:

• CeMAP Qualification.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Strong mortgage knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Driving Licence.
