Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH Working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape financial strategy, influence key organisational decisions and support long-term sustainability. With responsibility for both operational and strategic finance, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, from strengthening financial processes and developing the finance team, through to supporting investment decisions, treasury management and future growth plans. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing insight, challenge and financial expertise across the organisation. We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience leading a finance function within a complex organisation. You will have strong technical accounting knowledge combined with the ability to operate strategically, influence decision-making and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a confident and collaborative leader, comfortable challenging and advising at senior level, with a track record of improving processes, developing teams and delivering insight that supports organisational success.
