Mortgage Case Handler

At Dynamo, we're looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join our Mortgage team. Whether you're starting your career in financial services or bringing previous mortgage administration experience, you'll play a key role in supporting customers on their home buying journey.

You'll manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, keeping cases progressing, liaising with all parties involved, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

• Managing mortgage cases from application to completion.
• Liaising with customers, advisers, lenders, solicitors and third parties.
• Chasing outstanding documentation and progressing applications efficiently.
• Keeping clients updated throughout their mortgage journey.
• Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Maintaining accurate, compliant records in line with FCA requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and service standards.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Great attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple cases.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Previous mortgage administration or financial services experience is beneficial, but not essential.
