We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, SRA-regulated law business looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to support a growing network of legal professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property law, conveyancing, AML or legal compliance who enjoys improving processes, managing risk and ensuring regulatory best practice.

Whether you're already working in legal compliance or you're an experienced conveyancer or property solicitor looking for a new direction away from billing targets and caseload management, we'd love to hear from you.

As Legal Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the firm's regulatory standards, providing guidance on compliance matters and helping to ensure adherence to SRA regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations
• Conducting file reviews and compliance audits
• Managing AML and client due diligence processes
• Advising on regulatory and risk matters
• Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures
• Assisting with complaints, conflicts and risk management
• Delivering compliance guidance and training to legal teams
• Promoting best practice across the business

We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:

• Legal Compliance
• Risk & Compliance
• AML / Financial Crime
• Residential Conveyancing
• Commercial Property
• Property Law
