Package: Competitive Salary + Full Study Package
Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm)
Location: Wolverhampton area (Office-based)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Accounts Semi-Senior to join a highly reputable Top 100 accountancy practice based in Wolverhampton.
The firm is looking to recruit a dedicated professional within their office to assist the wider team in the delivery of high-quality statutory audit and accounts preparation services. This progressive role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment, backed by extensive study support.

Accounts Semi-Senior Job Responsibilities
Prepare draft financial statements and tax computations for Limited Companies.
Perform analyses and post entries using modern accounting software.
Produce accurate management accounts for a varied client base.
Carry out core bookkeeping duties, including VAT returns and Self-Assessment preparation.
Provide active assistance with audits directly on client sites.
Assist and support more senior members of the team as required.
Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication across all client and internal interactions.

Accounts Semi-Senior Requirements
Ideally ACA / ACCA part-qualified or in the final year of AAT studies.
Practical accounting experience gained within a professional accountancy practice.
Hands-on proficiency with major accounting software packages.
Strong technical understanding of draft financial statements and tax computations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and assist senior team members.
