Partner Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven Partner Manager to join our growing Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships, increasing partner engagement, and identifying new business opportunities that contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and develop strong relationships with strategic partners, dealership-integrated partners and large franchise groups.
• Increase partner engagement and maximise utilisation of Payment Assist's solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing partner accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Work closely with the Sales team to maximise partner-led opportunities and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase brand awareness across partner networks.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.
• Spend time in the field meeting partners while balancing hybrid working.

Requirements:

• Proven Partner Management experience is essential
• A successful track record of managing and growing strategic partner relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities.
• Experience working towards revenue, growth and performance targets.
• Excellent relationship building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to partner sites.
• Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Melton Mowbray.
