Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: Up to £30,000 (salary dependant on experience)

Location: Rugby, CV23

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, On-Site

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.15am-4.45pm, Friday - 8.15am-3.45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
• Reception support when required
• Book accomodation and flights
• Maintain training records and health & safety documentation
• Support with Invoicing, expenses and employee timesheets
• Support the finance manager with project and admin-related activities

Essential:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Experience supporting basic finance processes (e.g. POs, invoices, expenses, timesheets)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy working environment

Desirable:

• Experience supporting payroll-related administrative tasks or timesheet systems
• Familiarity with finance systems or ERP systems
• Experience working within a project-based, engineering, construction, or operational environment
