What You'll Do: As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting related to fixed assets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Record and track acquisitions, disposals, transfers and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Conduct periodic assessments of both tangible and intangible assets to identify any impairments.
• Ensure compliance with Group and UK Capex reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the NSO team to support cost tracking and implement process improvements.
• Accurately account for rental costs and maintain the lease asset register in SAP, ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and IFRS 16.
• Work closely with the Senior Management Accountant to identify and implement enhancements across responsible areas.
• Perform various month-end activities, including project stock allocations and repairs and maintenance postings.
• Assist in the annual audit process with a keen eye for detail.
• Undertake analysis and projects to support overall business performance and finance objectives.

What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

• Part Qualified: In the final stages of completing your accounting qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar financial role, with multi-site experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills are essential. Familiarity with SAP is a bonus!
• Self-Starter: You can work independently and take initiative.
• Ambitious: A drive to grow and advance within the organisation.
• Communication Skills: You must be able to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
