£20,250 - based on 30 hours
Job Type: Part time 12 month fixed term contract

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their busy Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

• Process and input purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify, code and authorise supplier invoices.
• Maintain supplier records, including contact and bank details.
• Investigate and resolve purchase ledger queries.
• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Support invoice payment administration and credit control activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
