Base Metals Account Executive

Our client, a financial institution, are looking for a Base Metals Account Executive to join their front office team.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years experience within base metals and know the order process. This is a great opportunity for somebody from a base metals Trade Support function, who would like to progress to the front office.

Main Duties of the Role: Marketing , Customer service including client visits, Prospecting new business and Research.

Key skills & experience and personal attributes required and problem solving:

• 1-2 years of working in base metals Operations, Trade Support or Client Services
• Good understanding of the base metals Markets and products
• Good understanding of credit, compliance and risk issues.
• Good knowledge of banking instruments.
• General customer care skills.
• Knowledge of market competition
• Good analytical skills.
