The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Senior / Semi Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting a diverse healthcare client portfolio, providing high-quality accounting services and building trusted relationships with clients across the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Preparing accounts and financial reports.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Supporting GP practices, dentists, pharmacists and consultants with their accounting requirements.
• Assisting with NHS pension-related matters and annual compliance requirements.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• AAT qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• Previous experience working with healthcare sector clients, particularly GP practices.
• Knowledge of NHS pension requirements and associated annual processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, proactive and growth-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
