IFA Administrator / Senior IFA Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator or Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the client services function, supporting advisers and helping to deliver high standards of service to clients.

• Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks relating to client onboarding, reviews, and financial planning recommendations.
• Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient products.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries.
• Communicate with clients when required, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update client records using back-office systems.
• Produce and quality-check client correspondence, reports, and review packs.
• Assist with compliance activities, including file reviews and audit preparation.
• Provide guidance and support to other administrative team members where required.
• Work closely with paraplanners and financial advisers to ensure an efficient client journey.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining procedural documentation.

• At least 1 year's experience in an IFA Administration role.
• Strong understanding of financial services administration and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
