Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant - Full or Part-Time (minimum 2 days per week)

This is an immediate-start temporary position, with a genuine opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

• Salary of up to 30,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time hours

You'll help keep the finance function running smoothly, including:

• Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
• Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
• Supporting with general finance administration

You'll have previous experience within an accounts or finance team and be comfortable across transactional finance.

You'll also need to be organised, accurate and an excellent communicator, with the confidence to manage your own workload and deal with customers and suppliers.

Experience using Sage Intacct would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
