Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all payments are accounted for.
• Manage payment runs and prioritise urgent payments when required.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel.
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay between £13.00 and £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
