The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting month-end and year-end close activities
• Analysing financial data and providing insightful reports
• Monitoring and maintaining financial controls
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Supporting audit requirements and providing relevant documentation
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support and guidance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the finance function

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working within an Accountant or Management Accountant position
• Strong management accounts and reporting experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Part-qualified, qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience candidates will be considered
