Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Financial Services and a passion for delivering business solutions?

We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation. Due to continued investment in change programmes, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects and workstreams across the business.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery within a large-scale transformation programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects and workstreams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain regular project updates.
  • Run daily stand-ups, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Track scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using JIRA.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain strong governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
  • Promote project management best practice and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering change programmes within Financial Services environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience within a Pensions Administration environment.
  • Strong experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Strong planning and delivery experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
