Location: Hybrid Working Available (3 days office / 2 days home following probation)

About the Opportunity

We're currently recruiting for two Accounts Assistant positions within a growing finance team. These roles offer a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing accounts experience in a busy, supportive and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the finance function, supporting with a range of accounting activities including:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Managing supplier and customer queries
• Completing account and bank reconciliations
• Processing payments, expenses and refunds
• Supporting month-end accounting activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with credit control and ledger management
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role
• Exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
