We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us! This is a key commercial finance role responsible for supporting the financial and operational performance of both the retail store estate and supply chain functions. Working closely with Retail, Property and Supply Chain leaders, the role provides financial insight, challenge and support to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, optimise costs and enhance profitability. The role acts as a trusted partner, translating financial data into meaningful business decisions and ensuring resources are deployed effectively to support strategic objectives. We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong commercial finance and business partnering experience gained within a fast-paced environment. You'll have a proven ability to support and influence operational stakeholders, providing insight and challenge that drives better decision-making and improved business performance. You will bring advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, alongside significant experience of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. A naturally analytical thinker, you'll be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, translating numbers into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations. Experience within a retail, supply chain, logistics or other multi-site operational environment would be highly advantageous.
