We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the finance function within a growing FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Produce management accounts and board reports
• Manage cash flow, compliance and audit processes
• Provide commercial insight to drive business performance
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements:

• CIMA or ACCA qualified
• FMCG experience essential
• Strong management accounts experience
• Previous team leadership experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
