Budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning Monthly management accounts, board reporting and KPI analysis

Cashflow management, statutory accounts, tax and VAT compliance

Business partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and profitability

Leading, developing and mentoring a finance team

Driving process improvement, digital transformation and operational efficiencies

Supporting sustainability initiatives, business projects and commercial decision-making

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong leadership skills, excellent commercial acumen, and experience operating at Financial Controller level . Plus, excellent people skills.

This is a hands-on leadership role with broad business exposure
