Experienced in mortgage broking and looking to join a successful specialist brokerage with all leads provided?

We're recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our client, a specialist Mortgage Brokerage in the Birmingham area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser with strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, particularly Adverse and Self-employed cases.

The position is office-based with a well-established and successful business, offering all leads with no cold calling required.

The Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:

• Deal with first appointments and subsequent signups
• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Manage Adverse and Self-employed mortgage cases
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Work towards and achieve agreed targets
• Convert provided leads into successful mortgage and protection business

Mortgage and Protection Adviser requirements:

• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Experience dealing with Adverse and Self-employed cases
• Driven to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to deal with first appointments and subsequent signups
• Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer?

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
• Commission structure on mortgages and protection
• £80,000 - £100,000 OTE
• All leads provided - no cold calling

Working Pattern

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
• No weekends
• Office-based
