Platform Administrator

Meraki Talent are supporting a global investment client, who are looking to appoint a number of Platform Administrators for long term temporary contracts.

As part of this role you will be responsible for providing excellent client administration for a platform of advisers, and their clients.
Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background, where you have gained experience in processing accurate customer and client data.

Key duties will include;

• Preparing pension statements
• Log completed statements in line with requirements
• Processing lump sum allowances
• Maintaining accurate client
• Working to set SLA's
• Following set procedures, in line with client requests and timescales.

It is imperative applicants have worked within a fast paced Financial Services environment, where they have a proven track record in processing accurate customer records. Additionally, applicants should be able to work well with external parties, maintaining excellent communication.

Applicants should be proficient in MS Office, and be comfortable using MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

This is temporary position, offering an immediate start.
