Accounts Assistant

Interim Accounts Receivable & Expenses Specialist 3-4 Months Remote (once per month travel to Hampshire) £159 - £173per day via Umbrella Retail

JasperRose have partnered with a retail who are looking for an experienced interim finance professional to join their team for 3-4 months to provide additional capacity during a peak trading period. The support is needed to cover annual leave and to provide extra bandwidth through consecutive audit cycles ahead of year end.

This is a hands-on role best suited to someone who can start at short notice, ideally within the next two weeks, and who brings strong wholesale AR and expenses experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the wholesale customer ledger (approx. £5m-£6m annually) including raising invoices, resolving pricing queries, credit control and payment allocation
• Ownership of the expenses process
• Supporting the Accounts Payable function processing a moderate volume of invoices
• Assisting with stock administration and reconciliations where required

You will be:

• Strong AR/wholesale experience essential, including credit control and customer query resolution
• Experience with AR, expenses with AP exposure
• Stock reconciliation experiences a bonus, ideally from a DTC or retail background
• Xero experience essential
• Available to start within the next two weeks
