| Description: | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim FP&A Analyst (3-6-month contract) to join a well-established organisation based in Northamptonshire 3 days a week on site. This role offers you the chance to act as the principal finance lead for a brand leading company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of both site operations and customer accounts. Your day-to-day activities will involve reviewing profit & loss statements, preparing balance sheets, presenting performance metrics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring transparent reporting practices are maintained while actively seeking opportunities to optimise profitability. By working closely with both internal teams and external customers, you will foster a culture of shared success through effective business partnering. Your ability to analyse data trends, prepare budgets and forecasts, and implement robust commercial solutions will be crucial in supporting operational excellence. What you bring: To excel as an Interim FP&A Analyst, you will bring proven experience from previous roles within accounting, ideally gained in logistics or transport environments, where you have demonstrated your ability to work collaboratively across teams.
