| Description: | Research & Analysis Associate (Junior Paraplanner) London Hybrid Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 I'm partnering with a well-established boutique Chartered Financial Planning firm in London that is looking to add a Research & Analysis Associate (Junior Paraplanner) to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already built experience supporting advisers and is looking to further develop their technical knowledge within a professional, client-focused environment. You'll work closely with experienced paraplanners and advisers, helping to deliver high-quality advice through research, analysis, report writing and new business processing. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and takes pride in producing accurate, compliant work. What you'll be doing: • Researching pensions and investments and preparing recommendation packs • Obtaining information from providers and analysing client arrangements • Producing client-facing presentations and supporting meeting preparation • Writing suitability reports and preparing compliant files • Processing pension and investment applications from submission through to completion • Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems • Working alongside advisers and paraplanners to support the end-to-end advice process What they're looking for: • Minimum of three R0 exams completed and progressing towards DipPFS • Previous experience supporting IFAs, advisers or paraplanners • Good knowledge of pensions and investments • Experience writing suitability reports and handling new business submissions • Familiarity with investment platforms and pension providers • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities This could be an excellent next step for a Financial Planning Administrator, Technical Administrator, Trainee Paraplanner or Junior Paraplanner looking to join a respected firm where quality advice and technical excellence are at the heart of what they do. | |
