Interim Management Accountant - Peterborough

Initial three-month contract Potential to become permanent On-site

We are recruiting an experienced Interim Management Accountant for an interim role in an SME based in Peterborough. Ideal for someone with experience of Sage 200 and strong excel skills.

This is an immediate-start opportunity, initially offered on a three-month temporary basis, with the potential to develop into a permanent position. Working on-site, you will play a key role in strengthening the company's management reporting and providing clear, accurate financial information to the wider business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing management accounts and management reports
• Analysing financial performance and identifying key trends
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Improving the quality and efficiency of existing reports
• Working with stakeholders across the business

The successful candidate will have strong management accounting experience gained within an SME or similarly hands-on environment. You must be confident using Sage 200 and possess advanced Excel skills, particularly macros and pivot tables.
You will need to be available to start immediately or at very short notice and comfortable working fully on-site in Peterborough.
This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within an established SME, with the possibility of securing a permanent role.
