Pro Tax is delighted to be recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager for a growing and ambitious accountancy practice in Kent.

This role offers a mix of corporate tax compliance and advisory work, supporting a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and larger corporate groups. You'll work closely with senior tax specialists on projects including restructures, international tax matters, HMRC enquiries and wider tax planning assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Lead and support tax advisory projects
• Review corporate tax returns and computations
• Advise on restructures, tax planning and compliance matters
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team
• Support business development initiatives

About You

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong Corporate Tax experience within practice
• Experience across both compliance and advisory work
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
