The Opportunity As a Accounts, Tax and Advisory Manager, you'll manage your own portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients, acting as a trusted adviser across accounts, tax and wider commercial matters. This is more than a traditional portfolio management role. You'll work closely with business owners and directors to understand their objectives, interpret their financial information and provide practical commercial advice to help them make better business decisions. You'll lead client meetings, present management information, identify advisory opportunities and work closely with the Directors on client development. Alongside this, you'll mentor junior and semi-senior colleagues and contribute to the continued development of the wider team. What you'll be doing
What we're looking for You'll ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven experience managing your own portfolio within UK practice. Technical expertise is important, but we're particularly interested in someone who can look beyond the numbers and have meaningful commercial conversations with clients. You'll ideally have:
