Description

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data management.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure processes align with them.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.

Profile

A successful Payroll Clerk should have:

• Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.
